Programs include;
- Champion and support efforts to discover and bring to the limelight talents in Caring & Nursing.
- Organizing Mentorship and training programs for persons talented in Caring & Nursing, both upcoming and existing.
- Developing collaborations that enable upcoming and existing Caring & Nursing talents to undergo training and mentorship in the hands of established pioneers in this wonderful field.
- Seconding for recruitment and/or exchange programs for persons talented in Caring and Nursing by or in consultations with partnering/ collaborating national and/or international organizations based on the shared desire to promote the humane Caring and Nursing talents.
- Seconding for support persons talented in Caring and Nursing by partnering/collaborating organizations based on the shared desire to promote Caring and Nursing talents.
- Arrange direct support and where necessary through collaborations for persons talented in Caring and Nursing, and make follow-ups to monitor their progress.
- Organizing shows and recognition events for persons talented in Caring and Nursing.
- Promoting talents in Caring and Nursing as a support mechanism for such talents.
- Encourage acquaintances of persons across the world who are similarly talented in Caring and Nursing specializations, and where necessary and possible the formation of, or if already existing join local, regional, national or international umbrella organizations or social and professional groups or online platforms to promote the growth of this talent.
